Beloved Friends

(Past and Present)

pinky_bluey.jpg

This is Pinky and Bluey. Two of our non-fur mom's mom's cats. Pinky just passed away not too long ago (mid-Nov. 2003). She just got sick sick so fast and no one really knows why. It was such a shock and a sad time for all. But Bluey is not in pain and is now watching out for us all on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.

Onni and Armas

Luck and Beloved (in English)

Onni is the white one and Armas the tiger stripe. They visited with us for a few weeks a couple of years ago. We all got along well enough, but we now know that we would have been much better friends if we had known about Pam's wonderful information we have since learned from the Think Like a Cat message board.

We are sad to say that Armas got sick early this fall (2003) and he passed away. We all miss him, but we secretly think Onni likes being an only cat with all the attention to himself.

kitton.jpg

This is a picture of Kitton when our mom met her for the first and only time. She was under a year old when she went to the rainbow bridge (early fall 2003). She just loved crossing that really busy road. All of her sisters and mom tried to warn her, but...the inevitable happened.
She took a while to get used to our mom and dad when they were visiting, but once she did, our grandma called her a traitor. LOL. She loved to play, especially with shoe strings. She was the softest move velvetiest thing you have ever seen.

kelly.jpg

This is Kelly the Red. She was 16.5 years old when she passed away in June 2002. She had a wonderful (long) life with so many people and animals that loved her and miss her still. She was our mom's favorite dog in the entire world!

There are many great memories of her. Like, one time Kelly saved our mom from a locked up bicycle or the time a wolf/husky was going to hurt our mom, Kelly ran and protected her, getting her ear bit in the process.

Kelly knew many tricks: "sit pretty", "kiss the kitty" (but only with her bestest friend Philip), "dig dig" (much to dad's dismay) and she could catch her dog bones off the tip of her nose!!
